YesWelderReviews of yeswelder.com

Her name is Anna. She cemented my opinion of Yeswelder as a great company to do business with. I am looking forward to future business.

I bought the Yeswelder Firstess MP200 through Kickstarter a bit more than a year ago. I used mainly the plasma cutter and MIG. Last week, while doing some MIG welding, there was suddenly a bit big ban coming form my Firstess MP200. The machine was dead. I reached out to Yeswelder, explained what happened. They came back to me within 24hours and asked me to provide some pictures, video showing the electronics/wiring of the machine what I have done. A couple of days later I have received their feedback telling me that they will replace the machine! I am very pleased. I can't wait to get the replacement. Thanks Yeswleders

I purchased a welding helmet July of 2022 . It was bought as a backup . Until 3/31/2023 it had not been used . When I went to use it , it malfunctioned. It was already out of warranty. I decided to contact Yes Welder to see if they could help me out . I received a quick response from a customer service representative named Raymond . With his help I have a new replacement helmet being sent to me as I write this review. Raymond is to be commended on his courteous work in taking care of the problem . Thank You again Raymond .

I bought a ct2050 and the air gauge isn’t working. I contacted them and was asked to send a video. I only work on the weekend but went out this weekend and bypassed it and the plasma cutter work. Meanwhile I was asked to confirm the know wouldn’t turn. Is he asking because I am female? I had tried using plier to turn the metal post at one point and it turned but no air. Anyway they want to give me a $50 gift card. The don’t have a pressure gauge in stock. So the main reason I got it was plasma cutting and now it’s a 1,400 boat anchor…

I recently decided that I would bite the bullet and learn to weld. When looking at reviews on YouTube I decided that I would buy a YesWelder flux-135 as it was super inexpensive yet well featured for the price. While it only requires 110v, it's still powerful enough to weld 3/16 steel no problem (it actually gets a little too 'hot') It will even weld 3/8 rebar. I plan to continue to use YesWelder products, and have the MP-200 on my wishlist!

Awesome company with great customer service. The prices on their equipment are very fair. I recently bought a machine and it was damaged in shipping, it was not their fault but they took it personally and went above and beyond to fix it. Will be looking forward to purchasing more products in the future!

Bought about 3 months ago tried plasma cutter worked but compreser runs all the time can't shut it off tried to cut with it today and compreser won't start

I got my yeswelder 250 pro on SCAMAZON and I had to email support regarding some issues and I even added a note to the email about how tech support people dont generally read the emails carefully and as such my issues never get answered. This morning I got a snarky rude reply from tech support Ana who decided to play games with me regarding my email. Here is the email. "Hey David, Thanks for reaching out and hope you're having an amazing day! We're sorry if you have encounter difficulties getting responses on your concern. Looking further, this is your first email wtih us? And the store "scamazo" is not an affiliate store of YesWelder. Our legit affiliates are Amazon, eBay, Walmart to name a few. You may be reaching out to the wrong store, we do recommend contacting them directly to get assistance on your order item. Now, if you have bought this through our store here - (link removed) , then please provide us the order number so we can assist you further. Sincerely, Ana and the YesWelder Team" I think a 2 year old would easily get what I meant by SCAMAZON! Support never answering my issues, it appears Im still right about THAT. I bought this with the expectation that I would get perfect customer service as the yes welder store on SCAMAZON promised but instead I'm getting games played with me because they want to act like children because I said SCAMAZON! Here BTW is my original email. "NOTE: READ ENTIRE EMAIL CAREFULLY AND FULLY because you always never read the emails and I get bull **** replies that never answer my issue let alone answer ALL of my questions. I have this welder I bought off scamazon................................. Delivered March 1 YESWELDER MIG-250 PRO Aluminum MIG Welder, 250Amp 220V, Gas MIG Gasless Flux Core Welding Machine MIG/Lift TIG/Stick 3 in 1 Welder, Spool Gun Compatible Return or replace items: Eligible through March 31, 2023 I don't see anything telling what size nozzle this uses. I want to know what actual size and not a bunch of coded BS because I want to buy nozzles from someone else as I cannot trust your nozzles. The one I got with the welder melted pretty fast. It also looks like the "euro" connection is loose as I can move the hose around and cannot get it any tighter. I'm also getting a lot of brown soot while welding and I mean, a LOT of brown soot. I've seen others on youtube welding with the same exact welder and they are getting hardly any brown soot at all. What's going on here? And don't blame my gas. I got 75 argon, 25 C02 and its a brand-new bottle." Now, I'm wondering WHY My issues were not answered? I'm going to contact corporate and I expect Ana will be fired! This is just plain BS! And exactly what I expected in regards to lousy customer service!
