Not only are the products great, but the customer service is truly what makes Yappypaw stand apart. The responsiveness and easy help to solve a sizing mistake was remarkable vs. the other brands out there. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely order again

I’m so happy with this life jacket! My dog is a beautiful 9-year-old Chocolate Lab with arthritis issues, but she loves to swim and play fetch in the pool. With this jacket, she actually seems to swim faster and with more confidence! I especially love the removable chin lift. While she’s fetching, I can take it off so she can move freely. After a few laps, when she gets tired and just wants to swim and relax, I simply put the chin lift back on to give her extra support and help keep her head comfortably above the water. It’s such a thoughtful feature, especially for an older dog. We absolutely love it!

I received a life jacket in size XL when I wanted a size L for my small dog. Jenny helped me and sent me another life jacket in size L. I'm happy because the service was impeccable. Thank you, Jenny.

Our pup was afraid to swim because her older sister held her under water when she was just a puppy. Since wearing this jacket she now out swims her sister and is having her best swimming life. This product is amazing and I highly recommend it.
