Total bait and switch. YAMM has previously been excellent. All of a sudden it's fell from allowing hundreds of emails to be sent daily for free, to 20 per day. Fair enough to reduce the count somewhat as it was pretty generous, but a 20 limit is a complete joke. And they are proposing I pay $6-12 per month depending on what tier I'd like. You must be having a laugh; an automatic mail merge is not worth almost the cost of an AI pro subscription.

Cordiali saluti, Omiros --- Hi there, Thank you for the feedback. It's important to note that YAMM only connects to your account to instruct it to send the emails you would otherwise send manually. I'm sorry to hear that your account was blocked. Google blocks automatically accounts if it supects usual activity, or if their email sending guidelines are not followed. We would advise you to reach out to Google to restore your account in this case and once your account is restored, you'll be able to use YAMM again. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. You can contact us by heading to our page, clicking on Help on the top right, then contact us and create a ticket there. Best regards, Omiros
Absolute scum, another roach motel subscription service that once you enter, you cannot exit. They've been billing me for years. Don't use!

Writing a follow up review - I received a request by the company on my previous review telling me to speak to them after they continued to charge me twice. I did try to speak to them multiple times and cancelled my direct debit but no one got back in touch. My email address linked has since expired and no longer at the company but you are still charging my personal account - I cannot log in or get a response from anyone so having to report this as fraud due to multiple attempts to get in touch and no responses. I have submitted a current email for you to contact me again and await your response, so far it is impossible to cancel as I did this and nothing happened, then getting in touch is just an FAQ page, I submitted another complaint via your chat-bot.

Double the price if I want to use for my workspace account? How do I get the personal features and price for my work account?

Hi there, I'm afraid it's not possible to get the Personal plan with a Google Workspace account, as stated on our website. The price difference comes from different settings and configurations required by gmail.com and Google Workspace email addresses, along with the higher limits of the Professional plan. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions by heading at the bottom of our website, click on contact us and submit a request there. Best regards, Omiros - YAMM Support Team
I paid for an annual upgrade. I have not received the upgrade or a refund. I have sent numerous emails but no response. Stay away or at the very least do not send money.
