Hi Christina, We're so glad to hear you had a great training experience with Carla! However, we regret to hear about the negative experience you had with the under eye patches. We weren’t clear on which ones you felt were dried out, but please know that if you ever feel a product is defective, please reach out to our Customer Success Team directly at 833-LASHISTA so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
