Product is cheaply made and not good. Doesn't work and thr customer service is awful. They dont stand by their product or guarantee. Do not purchase from this company!!!! They have also tried to blackmail me to take my review down as well.

Didn’t work on no response from my questions!

Well built and it has a lot of features but not enough suction. Also the rotating function was unnoticeable.

I received this yesterday. I placed it on the charger for 6 hours like the instructions said but never turned on. I used my own charger yet nothing as well. Sometimes the light comes on but won’t actually work. This thing should have been checked before shipping to customers. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied.

Hello Yaser, Many thanks for your review and sorry for the unhappy experience caused by the not working machine. Xspacecup offers 60 days warranty service and we can send you a new replacement later. Before we resend the package, could you please send us a video to [email protected] to show the not working situation. As we need to give feedback to the factory please and find out the reason. Our products go through strict quality inspection before leaving the factory. However, product damage may occasionally occur during package transportation. Sincerely apologize for the unhappy shopping experience again and looking forward to your feedback video. And if there is any other question, please feel free to ask and we will get back to you ASAP. Have a nice day.
It needs to move up and down and not rotate. That hurts. I ran the battery all the way down twice and never got off.

Hello Curtis, Many thanks for your review, This is Edison from XspaceCup. I notice that you have ordered 3 times at XspaceCup. First of all, thank you for your trust and support to us. Regarding this poor feedback to the item XR5, it was designed as a thrust & rotate machine and yet the cons is that these two features can't not work separatelly. As for the "hurts" of it. I would suggest you to add enough lube, otherwise the long lasting stimulation on penis can really hurt. Then there's the problem of not being able to get off, I must admit that you are too persistent a man for our xr5 to satisfy. In this case, you need a more powerful machine to satisfy you, such as our XT5, a STRONG & FAST up and down stroker with multiple settings. I will offer you a special price by email for our recommendation XT5, hope you will like it and enjoy a good time with our product. Have a nice day.
Haven’t received my order
