Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with X-Ray Interpreter and the discrepancy between our analysis and the radiologist's report. Our goal is to provide accurate and helpful interpretations, but we understand that our AI model is not perfect and may sometimes produce results that differ from those of human experts. We are continuously working to improve our technology to reduce such discrepancies. Your case highlights an important aspect of our service: while AI can be a useful tool for initial analysis, it should not replace professional medical evaluation. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to further refine our system. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this issue. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future.
