No Payout for Months – Over €15,000 Blocked
We integrated Xprizo’s payment solution into our platform as a merchant via API. We have now been waiting for several months to receive our outstanding balance of more than €15,000. Since May, we have repeatedly requested updates regarding our payout. Instead of receiving concrete solutions or binding payment dates, we are continuously given the same explanations: the payment is being reviewed, they are waiting for the acquirer, or the bank has not yet released the funds. Deadlines that were provided were not met, and in many cases, no specific payment date was given at all. Communication has been extremely slow and one-sided. We have to constantly follow up just to receive any response. Despite repeated assurances, the funds remain unpaid to this day. Due to this unreliable conduct, we were forced to disable Xprizo on our platform and terminate the cooperation. For us as a merchant, this means that a five-figure balance remains blocked, with no clear indication of when—or whether—we will receive our money. A payment service provider must operate transparently and pay out merchant funds reliably. In our experience, neither has been the case here. Conclusion: At present, we cannot recommend Xprizo under any circumstances. We will update this review once our outstanding balance has been paid in full.
