Dishonest, they make promises of low prices. They say it's final price. But then they don't show up, and make an excuse about the driver, and then drag you along for a few days and tell you they have to raise the price. Right out of the bait and switch handbook. You don't actually save money, you end up paying more, and it's such a nightmare to deal with. Run!

We take accusations of “bait and switch” very seriously, as this is not how we intend to conduct business. Bait & switch!!!! Thats how they get you. Dont trust their word, dont trust a price guarantee because that means absolutely nothing afterwards and they won't honor it. Do not trust 1 single thing they say, they are a shady broker who will seem best price and professional but ultimately will give you excuses and need to raise the price. They won't show up when they say, because they have to jack up the price yet. Logan and Martin and some of the other names, they seem so legit and so polite but it's just an act to get your money and create delay after delay until they convince you to pay more. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

They lied about the price, got me to sign, promised me it wouldn't go up and even gave me a written guarantee. That meant nothing. In the end it was almost double the price and way behind schedule. They gave me a ton of excuses and never made it right.. They also clearly pad their reviews. Look at them on other platforms, they have 1.3 and 1.7 stars. Run while you can!
