Amazing customer service! I can’t say enough good things about the people who represent this brand. They are constantly coming up with new, fun designs for all ages and sexes. My entire family and members of my gym represent this brand proudly and will continue doing so. Thank you again

Customer service is great. Whenever I place an order, I receive a call from them confirming the sizes and fits that would be best.

High quality, amazing designs. Both Gis and rashguards fit perfectly. Best in the game, great for training and competing. Great Customer service.

I’ve tried out several different brands of rashguards and XMartial by FAR has the best quality of all of them. The sizing is perfect and they come in a huge amount of cool designs.

I´ve been getting gear from XMartial since 2020 because I like the designs BUT the most important thing of all is the QUALITY of the gear, my 2020 rashguards are still in excellent shape. Recommended 1000%.

Genuinely surprised by the quality. I am very happy with my order. Customer service reached out for size recommendations and they were spot on based off my weight and height. I will buy more from XMARTIAL in the future.

Been waiting 2.5 months for short order.. customer service has no authority and I believe is based in another country Still absolutely no update. Only a rest assured, “ I will get this to my manager” I feel bad for the call center, but I placed an over 1k order that I’m starting to wonder if will ever get to me. Really confused as to how they have become such a big brand? Another time I ordered just a one pair of custom Muay Thai shorts, and they first sent the wrong ones.. and the right ones took about 2 months to come. Pretty frustrated. (Also I think this might be the only time I’ve ever written a bad review on anything) just have to give people a heads up.

Hi Adam, We sincerely sympathize for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced with the delay in receiving your custom orders. On our website's custom gear page (https://www.xmartial.com/products/custom-rash-guard), it's outlined that the processing time for custom gears may take up to 6 weeks. This process involves creating a mock-up and sending it to you for approval before proceeding with the printing. Additionally, with your order exceeding $1,000, took more time as we sent you a sample to ensure you're satisfied with the fabric and printing quality before mass production begins. This meticulous process is aimed at ensuring the print and quality meet your expectations, especially for larger orders. Once again, we deeply apologize if this delay did not meet your expectations. We always strive to expedite our processes, but there are factors beyond our control, such as the time taken for customers, like yourself, to confirm mock-ups or provide any revisions. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.
