It’s really good for the hosting services, i never had a problem with it during my time with them.

The actual service is probably the best for customizing valheim / running mods. But there are a few clunky sign up/settup things they could easily improve. #1 Make it WAY more obvious to deploy a Valheim server with mods, it's in a non obvious drop down and then requires you to submit a ticket to support to implement after setup. Just make it more obvious on signup to avoid all that extra work. #2 I never figured out how to get proper discord permissions. I had to submit a ticket that wasn't responded to still... This should have a VERY CLEAR spot right in the account info or knowledge area on the site. I couldn't find anything anywhere other than a basic link to the discord

Server drops players with default settings. No response from customer service. No response to refund request.

Can't use full functional, support doesn't answer to my tickets.

server keeps kicking us every 13-18 minutes and goes unresolved, moved to a different provider and works fine.

So I'll start with the fact that I was looking for a normal hosting for a long time and stopped at xgamingserver.com, and I don't regret that I stopped there! I couldn’t launch the discord bot and asked for help and they helped, the support is top-notch, although they don’t answer right away (I just got caught on holidays, so they answered for a long time), but helped with outproblems!

Server was ridiculously laggy and had a lot of network issues, even with a low player count. Not worth the money, hence why I cancelled my subscription less than 2 weeks in.
