Worst company around I can't believe I'm even giving them one star cannot get through to anybody who has logical sense always get in the advanced team is a bunch of chatter from people in the background they do not fix any problems I've had a problem placing an order for 4 days finally had to go through a verification and then another nightmare occurred I don't know how they possibly can do this to human lives I'm ready to throw up the white flag shame on them as Trump says it's not Comcast it's con artist

Xfinity is not ready to have a mobile provider company. If there was a way to give no stars that would be too high of a rating. The customer service is not just bad but criminal. You get a different answer every time you talk to them. The phone and chat customer service is off shore, so as expected there a huge langue barrier that they do not even attempt to address. Then there's the issue that they will blatantly lie to you and misrepresent everything from cost of certain services to coverage area, porting of numbers, products offer, price of said products and how you will be billed and where to find the bill. The phone team tried to trick us into 3 extra phone lines and said they would cost $100 less than our Sprint/T-Mobile bill. Thankfully the in-store staff were able to fix this one. They also lied about how they would charge us and for 3 month they kept charging me on a limited data plan for one of the phones despite the instore staff attempting to change it on 3 separate occasions. This phone line ended up costing more than the other 2 combined for 3 months and they refused to credit us even though it was their mistake. It literally took us over 6 months to get our phones switched over from Sprint/T-Mobile and in the end even though one of the phones was owned by us we were unable to port the number because of the incompetency of the technicians. We ended up getting one line switched to what they claimed was one of the latest I-phones but it is actually a very old one reintroduced and now it's under contract. This last one I will take partial blame for as I should have checked into it further first but The guy did it over the phone and I couldn't see it. The coverage is horrible. My son recently relocated to Colorado, which they insisted would have the same coverage as Sprint/T-Mobile but most of the time he has no data and can't get service. He has to wait till he is in an area with Wi-Fi and he has an outdoor job (??????) how is this going to work? I work in down town Sacramento CA and my service is beyond spotty. I know for a fact the the Sprint has excellent service in this area. The in-store staff made a valiant effort to help us and our bill is somewhat better now. It is like the customer service departments are from 3 separate companies. Now I am in a contract with this terrible company. Our ONLY hope is that they figure out what they are doing soon.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, CRIMINAL, and ABUSIVE! Craziest things I’ve ever seen. How can I pay my phone off, be in good standing, and you still own it for 60 days? Pay me interest then on a phone that I own, but technically don’t. Then the scans and lies, and hold times. Can never get a supervisor!

A ONE STAR AM DOING ALOT LIP SERVICE TO XFINITY! RUN AWAY FROM THESE BLOOD SUCKERS. PLEEEEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM SERVICE. I HAVE COMCAST FOR 3 YRS. THEY UPSOLD ME XFNITY MOBILE AND IF SIGNED UP FOR THEIR $20/ MONTH PHONE SERVICE I WILL GET A DISCOUNT OF $25 ON MY COMCAST TV & CABLE SERVICE.THIS NEVER HAPPENED! I'VE HAD TMOBILE LINE FOR THE LAST 15 YRS WHICH I PAY $80/MONTH UNLIMITED TALK, TEXT AND DATA! THEN CAME XFINITY DEVIL! THEY GAVE ME 1 GB DATA. I RARELY USE THE PHONE OTHER FOR BUSINESSES ENGAGEMENT. I WFH SO AM ALWAYS USING MY HOME WI-FI TO SAVE DATA! THIS SCAM BUGS OVERCHARGED MY TWICE (JULY $80 AND OCT $139/ ) FOR GOING OVER THE DATA!! MUCH WORSE THEY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE SO THEY JUST TAKE MONEY AS THEY WISH. I CALLWD YESTERDAY TO COMPLAIN. THR CUSTOME SERVICE WAS RUDE AND HORRIBLE. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND FOR GOING 'OVER' THE DATA. I RARELY USE THE INFINITY MOBILE. TOTAL SCAM!!

If i could give xfinity mobile a 0 star i would. Terrible service hardly works. My current bill is almost $3000 even though i spoke to them & they told me they would remove the extra charge. On the phone with them for hours at a time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

WORST EVER COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE DEAL WITH. THEY DID NOT CANCEL MY PHONE LINE AND HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME EVEN IF THE SERVICE WAS NEVER USED. THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ME DESPITE ALL THE TIMES I HAVE CALLED THEM SINCE JULY 2022 AND THEIR PROMISES TO REFUND ME, SAYING THAT EVERYTHING WAS APPROVED. CALLING THEIR ADVANCED SERVICES TEAM IS USELESS AS THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION DESPITE WHAT THEY SAY ON THE PHONE. DO NOT EVER CONTRACT ANY SERVICE WITH THEM. MY NEXT ACTION IS ENGAGING MY LAWYER TO GET REFUNDED AND I AM GOING TO WRITE AS MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS I CAN SO NOBODY ELSE CONTRACTS WITH XFINITY MOBILE.

I wish I could give them a negative because they don’t even deserve 1 star. Awful customer service and they do did nothing to help me the unhappy customer. I was charged for 2 weeks of service that didn’t work and they will not refund me my payment.I’ve been dealing with this for 2 months.

I wish I had read these reviews before I switched from AT&T to Xfinity mobile. I have had my iphone14 max pro for 2 weeks and it has been a nightmare. Apple actually sent me another phone because we thought I had a defective phone. It is actually a defective carrier—-Xfinity mobile. In 2 weeks I have been on the phone easily more than 10 hours and 4 trips to the Xfinity store. Calls failed, incoming calls go right to voicemail and text messaging is spotty. Don’t fall for their special phone promotions because then you are trapped for 2 years. If I wanted to pay off my phone and go to a different carrier, I would have to pay $1200 for the phone instead of $760 over 2 years. Buyer Beware!!!!
