Xenyth CloudReviews of xenyth.net

I love Xenyth Cloud. The owner (RaidAndFade) is very nice and does great support. He's your guy if you need any server help, custom machine, etc. I don't usually leave Trustpilot reviews but Xenyth is so good I decided to leave one. Did I say I liked Xenyth? Xenyth is a really good hosting provider and it's the only one you should use. I really like Xenyth, you got that right? Right? I'm so incredibly joyous about Xenyth Cloud there is no other cloud I'd use now I love it so so so much. I even referred my friends.

Xenyth have been solid Have used Xenyth for years for many different services from transit to VM's and then to dedicated servers, network is next level and peering is over the top (in the best way) you can always guarantee a stable network. Support while not 5 minute replies is always fast to resolve an issue and friendly, so much so I have built a great business relationship with Xenyth and recommend to everyone.

Xenyth Cloud Internet services has always impressed me. Some may criticize their support for being "lazy" but I can disagree. Great things take time.

I wanted to switch my Businesses servers to Xenyth, they had VPS servers I was interested in and the reviews seemed solid. Their website is a bit dated to say the least. Their FAQ is slim and didn't have the answers I needed before transferring money in and trusting them to my ongoing business. Their contact page said use the live chat, which didn't exist and couldn't be found. Their information didn't say how to contact them for specific sales questions, you know, the ones you have before trusting your web apps and data to for years and thousands of dollars. I sent an email to their support email as that's all they had available. To send a ticket to a hosting company before being a paying customer is not the usual protocol or desired method, so if that's their desire they should mention something. 3 days went by with no reply, so I ended up going elsewhere. I decided to create a ticket to see if id get a response and sure enough i did. The reply was they didn't feel 2-3 days on a reply for a support email was a big deal in their books. And they mentioned that it was an unmonitored support email not something obviously I should've been using to contact them, well how is anyone supposed to know that? You'd think a business that wants customers would mention as such on their contact page. Xenyth is clueless to business and probably shouldn't be trusted with your businesses data and money. Their response is blasé with no cares, their website and dashboard is super dated. Their Parent Inc has no website and little information. You'd be better off just going elsewhere to get any kind of service and support. Luckily for me their slim minimal FAQ didn't have the answers I needed or else Id have sent them money and be committed to a frustrating experience with an uncaring provider. Since firing up and deploying cheaper better spec VPS I've already had multiple interactions with sales and support, who are eagerly ready and waiting to provide support and help. And believe me I'm a mostly hands off easy to deal with customer that rarely requires support and pays promptly and stays around for years. Shame Xenyth is this bad at business, there's certainly a need for reasonably priced CEPH VPS in Canada, but how anyone can trust their data and money with these guys is beyond me.

Here at The Felkin's Donuts, every donut is served with love and dedication. Xenyth helped us to both serve our donuts and better prepare them. Their agents were eager to taste-test our most unique donuts, and even helped our cooks glaze them! They also helped us prepare our backends with load balancing to serve both customers and staff simultaneously. Our sysadmins were extremely pleased! Overall, they deserve an 11/10

Been running my project on this man's infrastructure for over a year now, never bothered to leave a review. Today we faced some issues with a DDoS Xenyth came in clutch and mitigated an 80G DDoS attack in seconds without any major downtime. The owner (RaidandFade) knows what's up. If you want a hosting provider that doesn’t just throw chatGPT together and try random shit, he’s your guy. Top quality, good price, can’t recommend it enough.

I've used Xenyth for about 2 years now and have had very minimal downtime, good performance and connectivity. They've recently included even more bandwidth in their plans for free which is a welcome addition. Support is fast and their support and integration with BGP Sessions is nice as well.

There Uptime and support is incredible, the discord community is amazing, A VPS i run on xenyth had a uptime of over 143 days. there network is never congested or slow and the ping times to Florida/Georgia are amazing
