The xCloud support team went above and beyond to resolve my server and site issues, delivering exceptional service unmatched by other hosting providers. If you are looking to set up a reliable VPS for your production environments, I cannot recommend xCloud highly enough.

Used to be with another provider but made the switch to xCloud and very happy with the change. I've been using their service for over a year and have zero regrets. Highly recommended.

The xCloud team are honestly magicians 🪄 they solve our problems like magic, no exaggeration. Their system works reliably and they keep improving it, it’s not just another management panel, it actually solves real problems and saves us tons of time. Support usually replies within an hour, sometimes instantly, and that alone says a lot about how much they care. Overall it’s just a pleasure to use xCloud 🤗

The most important thing for a web agency that outsources web hosting is support FROM the hosting company. xCloud has not failed me yet. When I moved our first set of clients off of our legacy host, the one thing I was afraid I would miss was the quick support. Again, xCloud has not disappointed. If support is important to your business, give xCloud a try.

I've been with XCloud for a while now, and while there were early teething troubles, they have really stepped up their game. Support response times have improved significantly, and one support agent Jack, has really delivered outstanding service when handling a complex bot attack, providing technical help and guidance, as well as demonstrable knowledge on the subject. Good work guys. Great to see a platform evolving so fast.

Hi, Thank you so much for your kind words and for your continued support! We're glad to hear you've noticed the improvements, and we'll be sure to share your feedback with Jack. He'll really appreciate it. Thanks again for being part of the xCloud community!
I’ve been using xCloud for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier with the platform. The performance has been rock-solid, and I'm really impressed by how quickly they ship new features and forge valuable partnerships, like their integration with Patchstack for enhanced security. What truly sets xCloud apart, though, is their support team. Every single time I had a question or ran into an issue, I got an extremely helpful response well within 24 hours. Highly recommended!
