I previously used Cloudways, but I switched to xCloud due to its excellent cost performance. I am very satisfied with the extremely fast and superior servers, although the support was initially an unknown factor. Today, I contacted support and my issue was resolved within about an hour. I was very impressed with the prompt support. I highly recommend xCloud.

I've been in the web design and hosting business for years, catering to small businesses. Finding the perfect WordPress solution that balances performance and easy multi-site management has been a constant struggle. I've juggled dedicated hosting, shared hosting, and various other options, each with drawbacks. XCLOUD is a game-changer. It offers a single, intuitive interface that combines the best of both worlds: powerful dedicated server performance with the streamlined organization of shared hosting. This makes managing multiple client sites a breeze. But what truly sets XCLOUD apart is their exceptional support and service. Their team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my clients' websites run smoothly. In short, XCLOUD is a breath of fresh air for web professionals like myself.

Excellent service, if you manage multiple WordPress sites xCloud is the perfect platform for you, when deploying your server you can choose between NGINX or OpenLiteSpeed, 1-click login, backups, database, file management, it has it all and best of all is that their prices are not crazy compared to other companies in the industry, migrating your sites is really easy recommended 100%.

Most of the time...I think its all about the support experience. My experience was satisfying. Margarita was really fast and efficient. Overall the system still lucks some features, but hey...no one is perfect and for the free plan they have ( xCloud Free plan which includes 1 server and 10 website with Self Hosting) - definitely worth it! I had some technical issues, then some billing issues, they were all resolved in a timely manner.
