I really enjoyed my experience with the Customer Service. I had an issue setting up a server and the representative took the time to listen to my challenge(s). Took me through the stages of troubleshooting the issue and then told me where I went wrong. This is one of the several pleasant experiences I have had with xCloud. I will definitely be doing more business with them.

I decided to make the change to Xcloud from a previous provider. I was concerned with the Support I would receive. I had an issue today with a SSL problem and "Sheri" jumped on the chat and was able to fix the problem right away. I was impressed; and truly appreciative.

They have very kindly helped me with several situations related to my server. Without a doubt, one of the best technical supports I have seen so far. They are efficient and their servers work correctly, they are fast and the interface is very intuitive. Really competitive prices and they are developing integrations with more providers. Keep growing like you have been doing and you will have a really big business. It is a pleasure to grow my projects by supporting myself in this type of companies.

Had a little hiccup deploying a server. Contacted customer service through chat and they were able to troubleshoot and get the server ready.
