xCloud is a really strong product — and not just for WordPress. It feels like a modern and efficient platform for managing hosting, servers, sites and related infrastructure in a much more streamlined way. I recently had an SSL issue with a site using xCloud and Cloudflare. I had followed the setup, but the SSL certificate still failed. The support team stayed patient, asked for the right screenshots, checked the setup, and helped identify the real issue: my Cloudflare API token needed an additional permission for “SSL and Certificates”. Once that was added, everything worked immediately. What I appreciated most was the way the xCloud tech and support team handled the issue. They did not just give generic answers. They actually looked into the setup, understood the Cloudflare connection, and helped narrow it down to the exact missing permission. Overall, xCloud feels like a very capable product with a lot of potential, and their tech/support team was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

I have been using xCloud for a few months now and it has been great. Pricing is very fair and features/improvements seem to be added constantly. Check out their change log. They are always working and improving. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to get around. There have been a couple of Linux Kernel security issues that xCloud quickly and automatically patched on my managed server. I have had multiple great experiences with support. Response times have been quick even for tickets I’ve marked as low priority. I definitely recommend them.

Well developed stable platform, feature-rich and very useful for WordPress (hosts other stacks but we don't use them). Support staff is knowledgeable and fast, but the platform makes us almost never open support requests (we opened perhaps 5 in 1 year). If you want to consider alternatives to WP Engine, Kinsta, and all the other managed hosts, I'd recommend trying it. We pay for our servers, everything else is set-up by xCloud, so no performance-tax (think of limiting PHP workers), no scaling or visitors tax. Backups, security, email hosting, all we need in 1 place.

I just migrated from Rapyd Cloud server/hosting to Vultr on xCloud a few months ago, and I am so happy with my decision. There is literally no comparison across the board! XCloud provides an amazing dashboard, they have a day zero response on security patches, and their customer service goes above and beyond to help! They communicate clearly and address issue thoroughly. I’m a satisfied customer and would highly xCloud!
