Hi George, Thank you for the honest 4-star review! You nailed exactly why we exist: to bridge the gap between 'Mechanical' and 'Ergonomic' so you don't have to choose one or the other. Regarding the switches: I am impressed that you did the repair yourself! You mentioned your son's Keychron feels better. We actually agreed with you that our older stock switches needed an upgrade. That is why we have switched our production line to Gateron G Pro 3.0 switches. We wanted to ensure that the stock typing experience feels smoother, more stable. Of course, the beauty of your X-Bows is that you can always swap in your own favorites (like you did!), but we are committed to making sure the default switches are top-tier moving forward.
