Turning Moments into Masterpieces, One Child at a TimeAt Wyrd Story, we create personalized art history books that transform a single photo of your child or grandchild into 14 stunning museum-style portraits. Each book pairs your little one with the world's greatest masterpieces—from the Mona Lisa to Starry Night—creating a timeless keepsake that families treasure for generations. The Story Behind Wyrd StoryI'm David, the founder, and I started Wyrd Story because I saw a gap in the world of meaningful gifts. Grandparents told me they were tired of giving toys that would be forgotten in weeks. Parents wanted something educational that didn't involve a screen. Everyone was searching for that one gift that would actually matter. That's when I combined my love of art history with modern technology to create something truly special: a personalized journey through the masters, where your child becomes part of art history itself. What Makes Us DifferentUnlike fully automated services, every Wyrd Story book is handcrafted with care. I personally review and perfect each portrait to ensure your child's unique likeness shines through. If a detail isn't quite right—whether it's the eyes, the smile, or the overall expression—I fix it by hand. It has to be perfect, or we start over. That's my promise to you.We only need one photo. In about a minute, you'll have created something that will be passed around at family gatherings, lingered over by guests, and cherished as the child grows up.More Than Just a BookParents and grandparents tell us the same thing: "It was the hit of the day." "Everyone kept passing it around." "My son said his heart stopped when he saw it."These aren't just reviews—they're the moments that make what we do meaningful. When a child opens their book and gasps, "That's ME!"—that's the magic we're after.Wyrd Story isn't a toy that gets tossed aside. It's a museum-quality heirloom that introduces children to fine art while celebrating their own unique personality.

I was absolutely delighted with this book for my granddaughter. Working with David to select the pictures and make minor corrections was easy, and everything turned out exactly as I had hoped. This is a wonderful gift for birthdays, special celebrations, and holidays. Or just to give something very special to that special someone.

These books are gifts that truly mean something to the recipients. My stock as gift-giver went up exponentially. The company is great to work with, taking time to be sure everything is good. I highly recommend!

I love the work that you do I have always been happy with the work. Your quick yet you make things just right. I gèt a few surprises. One picture of Zoey has a white pear, necklace, how did you know that she always plays with her mother's necklace sin e she could grab it, and she loves wearing them. Like the picture in Ben's book with the guy surprised, how did you know I had taken a picture of him and had asked him to look like he was surprised months ago. Every time I looked at it I couldn't help but smile and laugh. So many little surprises in each book. Thank you very much I am very pleased

I love everything about this creation. This is the best gift I have ever purchased. I plan to have books made for each of my 5 Grandchildren. It is the perfect gift from a Grandmother who loves Fine Art. It is a learning experience for the children as well as a beautiful keepsake. The entire process was professionally and expertly done. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Just received my Museum book. The photos were so lovely, I happily upgraded to twenty photos in lieu of the standard fifteen. The book exceeded all expectations and it will be difficult to hold it until the holidays. I had some questions along the way and David responded quickly. Throughout the process, and up to and after delivery, there were email progress updates. I rate this a 5 star operation.
