Wyoming Registered Agent ServicesReviews of wyomingagents.com

We managed 14 family LLCs through delawareregisteredagent.com (A Registered Agent, Inc.). Before switching from wyomingagents.com, I called to ask whether the two companies were related. On a recorded line, the rep told me "No, just Wyoming." A later rep told me they are "owned by the same corporation" and their "mothership" is Registered Agents Inc. This September, our county assessor told us it had mailed items that never showed up in our paid Delaware account. I logged into our old Wyoming account, and the login still worked more than a year later. Inside were 83 documents for our companies, going back to December 2025, all locked. They charged us $622.50 to unlock them, plus per-item fees. I reported in writing that one portal was holding mail we had paid for in the other. They acknowledged it. A week later, on October 8, they terminated every company in our account the same day. Minutes later we got 14 emails saying our services were cancelled "as requested." We never requested anything. Any mail they get for us now is locked at $50 an item. A registered agent's job is to make sure you get your legal and government mail. Ours ended up in the wrong account behind a paywall, and when we complained, we were cut off with almost no notice. Our owners are 79 and 86. If you use any of these brands, log into every account you have ever opened with them, including old ones, and check your state business records. I would not trust them with a company I cared about.

I paid the fees year ago to renew my company registration to discover after a year that they didn't file any paperwork and they took the money. it is a fraud company - now I have legal issues because of what they did - find another professional company to work with.

Unable to access my account and support is unresponsive. I've been trying to log in to my account on wyomingagents.com, but the site never sends the one-time password (OTP) needed to complete the login. I've tried multiple times over several days — nothing arrives, not even in spam. There's also no working way to recover the account. I then emailed their support address explaining the problem and received no reply at all. For a registered agent service, being locked out of your own account with zero response from support is a serious problem — this is where important legal and compliance documents are supposed to be accessible. Until they fix their login system and actually answer support emails, I can't recommend this company. 1 star.

I paid for mail forwarding service, and they refused to even submit my document to USPS for verification, claiming USPS “wouldn’t accept it.” That’s nonsense — my previous registered agent submitted the exact same type of document and USPS accepted it without issue. Instead of helping, Wyoming Agents simply refused to process it. Then when I asked for a refund, things got even worse. I’m now struggling to get my bank correspondence from them, and they are currently holding a check worth several thousand dollars. At this point, it looks like the next step may have to be a court hearing. Extremely disappointing experience.

It is a scam ! You nee dto fill in the form for FinCen eventually and the email address does not work, phone not answered and you are being send back and fort between wyomingagents.com and registeredagents.com. Finally you end up with a huge fine from FinCen because you cannot deliver the right information. My 2 cents advise: stay away from them !

Extreme scam. You want a physical address for $25. You don’t even get a new physical address, because they use the same dumb PO box EVERY US LLC ALREADY HAS. And they don’t wven return your money. The best part? 4 days later they automatically charge $163 for a report filing THEY MENTIONED NOTHING ABOUT.

they are not able to provide any service, they do nothing. .. and they naver refund ... 0 star

I used this company for a few years but then they charged me $163 for some "report filling" which I never ordered. I do my own filings. This is ridiculously unethical. And they don't allow me to delete my credit card from my account. The website constantly crashes when I try. They also don't always upload received mail documents. I will not be using their services anymore. AVOID.
