Got what we ordered fast but the whole …
Got what we ordered fast but the whole post order (we ordered online) experience left a lot to be desired as emails were unclear and couldn't tell when it was shipping. Things just arrived one day.

Online ordering
Online ordering was easy. Pickup and build was ok. Pickup guy at store was rude. When asked if I could return if damaged, because box looked as if it was previously opened and obviously retaped, he said it was not retaped. BLIND! Yes it was. Someone opened box probably to check color. And retaped the box. It was not as well packed as other 2 boxes. Quality of sofa is as expected for $400 sectional sofa from China. I need to get more screws to reinforce the backs up highr than just at seat area.

Nice product, bad service
They had a nice bed frame in stock, despite the fact that I needed replacement parts which I did get, however; their delivery charges are way more than most places - they seem to care way more about money than they do their actual customers. Nothing new there though.
