Difficult to use
The brow gel is very difficult to apply with the provided applicator. It dries way too fast, making it very difficult to style your brows properly. It is near impossible to remove, even with make up remover.

Hi there, thanks for sharing your experience with us. We do encourage all of our customers to use the applicator of their choice. To remove it we recommend to use anything that is oil based or our Wundercleanse product which is specifically made to remove wunderbrow.

Mascara
The product it self lasts a long time but after a while my eyelashes begin to clump together. It doesn't keep them separated as the store brand I normally use. It is very difficult to remove even after 3 to 4 days of it being applied. If my lashes get wet in the shower they clump together even more.....

Hello there, what I can suggest is that if you notice that your lashes are beginning to clump and if its been more than 3 or 4 days then you can just attempt to remove the makeup with an oil based make-up remover and reapply. The lip gloss didn't do anything. The mascara took three days to remove The wunderbrow was messy but at least it lasted.

BAD BRUSHES
The brush from the tube is too soft, two long and it is hard to control. A short angle brush would be better. The hard brush to go over the brow after you apply the liquid is too big. A smaller brush would make it easier to handle. This is my option because I am an artist and have used many brushes in my lifetime. A stiffer brush gives you better control. The brush used in the video with the model does not look like the same brush that comes with the bottle from the looks of it.

I would recommend this product to everyone.
I was so excited when I first received my wunderbrow in the mail....it actually lasted long....wow. now I can actually wake up in the morning and not finding makeup smudges on my pillow or on my arms.

Don't like product
Product is only partially as advertised. Works well on existing brows but not for filling on and does not have the extended wear advertised.
