First was the customer service, it was an absolute nightmare trying to get in touch with someone. I attempted to contact by phone on numerous occasions only to hang up because the hold time was unbearable. I contacted them by email only to wait 48-72 hours for a response. Second, the product itself was god awful. The advertisement shows this beautiful coverage that is supposed to last 24 hours.. I would say it lasted about 2-4 hours if that! The models in the advertisement had flawless skin, not a sign of a wrinkle, pimple, redness, etc. Maybe if you have flawless skin it would work better, but I believe the advertisement was highly deceptive.

I ordered the wunderbrow in brunette and I love it! Works exactly like it said it would! Takes a little to get the hang of application. I think it would be nice if they included the proper brush for application but other than that it's a great product!

I was very excited to receive my product in the mail but dissapointed when I saw the shape of the brush. I expected an angular eye brow brush like in the videos, instead this product came with a regular flimsy brush which makes for a very difficult application that I can never get right. It does last for a few days as promised, but needless to say, I don't use it very often and I feel like I waisted my money. I will not be ordering anymore.

This product is amazing, which I knew going in, having tried it before. The shipping is lightning fast. It was at my door the next day once it shipped (2 days total from ordering). And that's just regular shipping! 100% would recommend.

The product was nothing like it was advertised as. The black/brown color i choose had a green tone. Very unhappy with the product. I feel like i wastes my money.

I bought the wunderbrow2 in brunette, unfortunately the color didn't work for me because I have dark brown hair. I really liked the product! Will be buying again in black/brown.
