I would have rated them 5 stars if the P/N had come up in the search box. I had to enter the description of the product, which I'm glad I had. That's not always the case. When the item came up, the part number I had was displayed. The search engine should have caught it. Other than that, website is user friendly.

I wasn't sure what parts I needed, but Rich was very helpful in guiding me through the options and coming up with the configuration that would suit our needs.
