After having issues logging in I called to cancel my subscription. I just found out WSJ continued to run my credit card for 10 mos. Now there telling me it's to late to do anything? DO NOT JOIN ONLINE SERVICE!!!

This paper is pretty bad and deserves the future it will have.

This is a domestic terrorist organization. They scam and steal money. I am a college student who canceled my account and yet they still charged me $9.99 a month for years. When asked for a refund, money spent with no product or service received, they were unable to do anything. They are fake news and not worth the headache from the anti American staff which have no guiding principles. Can’t believe that I had to give them one star on this review. They don’t deserve a star. I would avoid this organization at all cost.

Never ever take on a free trial with WSJ. I sent them an email to cancel. Thinking it was canceled only to notice they had still been deducting $42 every month for several months. After emailing them to understand why, they said the said that i had to call in to cancel, hence they will not refund any monies. Pathetic. Even when trying to cancel, they try to make to stay on by giving discount.

Charged me after cancelling. I used this shÌtty news page for one of my assignments a few months back. I woke up with a rather empty bank account due to these leaches never cancelling my subscription. Now I can't even log into my account because there shÌtty website doesn't generate password reset links right... FúckÌng neanderthals

It has been 2 weeks of missed deliveries for me. They keep saying that they have brought this issue to senior management. The result is continuous missed deliveries.

Canceling an online subscription is needlessly hard. If you don't live in California (where it is illegal to do what the WSJ is doing, and you can easily cancel online) you have to call them to cancel your subscription. If like me you only needed to read one article and paid the $1 for two months and want to cancel right away, you will call them and find out that it takes two business days to be able to call in and cancel your account. The whole process is scummy and designed to keep users paying by making them forget to cancel in two days, confuse them, or not want to go through the hassle.

I can’t get my print edition delivered after moving!! I’ve called, emailed, begged, pleaded, all to no avail. I’m so sick of their horrible customer service! FYI I’ve been a loyal subscriber for many years
