Someone finally contacted me. They offered to resume helping me with my manuscript. It is the unresponsiveness that made me write a bad review. I will see how they are going forward.

Not Quality Editing Service…
Hired the company to help with academic and APA 7 editing. After several attempts the document resulted in constantly changing the format, even with repeated reminders. Secondly, not fully edited including APA 7, mostly edited with the same program I personally used. It took a long time to receive documents. Even after was given university requirements and constant reminders of time limits due to class schedule. Only thing they continued to do was apologize and said they had 6 months to correct everything according to their guarantee. Sorry but courses are not based on their timelines! I would not recommend this company for any academic editing.
