once the personel knew of the problem, it was solved fairly quickly, and my website was back online. But no one there informed me that my website was about to expire. So I was down and did not know it. No one could get on my website to see my books and videos.

Hello Ronald, thank you for your thoughtful feedback—we truly appreciate it. We’re glad our team was able to resolve the issue quickly and get your website back online. That said, you’ve raised an important concern. Proactive communication, especially regarding upcoming expirations, is essential to avoid unexpected downtime like the one you experienced. We understand how critical your website is as a platform for showcasing your books and videos, and we recognize that this gap impacted your visibility during that time. We do have a notification system in place for upcoming renewals; however, your experience shows us there’s room to make it more effective. We’re taking steps to refine our process to ensure notifications are consistently received and clearly communicated well in advance, so situations like this can be avoided moving forward. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, we’d be more than happy to help. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

"Think of it as an Investment" I recently had the pleasure of working with Writer's Branding Publishing team after they reached out to me to republish my book. From the initial invitation to the final product, the team maintained an impressive level of communication, keeping me updated by telephone, text, and email every step of the way. As we moved through various stages, including the publishing process, Pacific Book Review, an on-site interview, and securing a listing on the New York Times book review list, I was given the option to choose each additional investment ahead of time, if I chose to. There was steady progress from one investment to the next. I am pleased with the final product and I am grateful for the professionalism exhibited by the associates. If anyone is looking for a dedicated team to elevate your book, I highly recommend their services. I submitted three books for publication.

Hello Florence, thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed reflection on your experience. We’re especially grateful for the way you’ve captured the spirit of the journey—not simply as a service, but as a series of intentional investments in your work and its potential. It’s meaningful to know that the consistency of communication and transparency at each stage contributed to your confidence in the process. We place a strong emphasis on ensuring authors feel informed and in control of every decision, so your recognition of that approach truly resonates with our team. Your mention of the progression—from initial outreach through publishing milestones and expanded visibility—speaks to the collaborative nature of what we aim to build with every author. We’re glad that the flexibility to choose each step aligned with your expectations and goals. Most importantly, we’re honored that you entrusted us with not just one, but three of your books. That level of confidence is something we don’t take lightly. It’s been a privilege to be part of your publishing journey, and we look forward to seeing your continued growth and success as an author.

Response from writersbranding.com· Mar 20, 2026
Hello Christina, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value your input and want to make sure we address your concerns clearly and appropriately. Regarding your comment about “bad spelling,” we reviewed your account and did not find any previously raised concerns about spelling issues with our Publishing Team during the production process. Typically, if any errors are identified and communicated before publication, we are able to address them promptly. To help us properly investigate this, could you please specify the exact instances or provide any documentation or screenshots where you noticed these issues? This will allow us to review them thoroughly and take appropriate action as needed. In terms of your concern about a “constant increase” in costs, we’d like to clarify that we do not require or force any additional payments beyond the services you have chosen. All services are optional and fully disclosed beforehand. Our goal in presenting additional services is to help authors expand their reach, enhance visibility, and explore more opportunities for their titles. That said, it is always entirely your decision whether or not to proceed with any of these options, and we sincerely apologize if this came across otherwise. Your publishing services have already been successfully fulfilled, and the marketing services you selected are currently in progress. Our team has previously sent emails regarding the next steps for some of these marketing services. At this stage, a few items are pending your response or approval so we can proceed. When you have a moment, we kindly ask that you review those messages so we can continue moving forward and complete the remaining services. We also want to reassure you that we are committed to providing legitimate, professional services. All services included in your package are being handled accordingly by our team. We understand how important this project is to you, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. You may reach us anytime through our official support line or email so we can properly discuss your concerns and address them as quickly as possible. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch—we’re always happy to assist.
