Low quality rug.

I have reached out to customer support twice and have yet to hear back. I received the rug but it is not straight nor does it fit up against the wall flush. I've requested a replacement and would greatly appreciate a response.

Order was fine but we have to return the rug. I sent a request to customer service as per the website but have received no respons

I will give them credit for making things right !

Purchased the 5x7 Marabella Rug in June 2024 to use on our outdoor patio. We loved the color scheme and were looking forward to entertaining. After 4 months in the Summer NC Weather it started to fade and a lot of fibers started to shed. Now, After 18 months it is 80% faded and mildewed and the edges have completely raveled and are separating from the rug. The thing looks like C#$P despite rinsing it with hose and soapy water. Pay NO ATTENTION to the durability claim. That's BS. Don't waste you money with WRG Home.

Very low quality rug, was stiff, very thin, could see through base layer, still curled edges a week later, strong chemical smell and left your hands and feet feeling sticky after touching. So disappointing for such a high cost rug.

We have ordered three identical rugs from you and they are all different sizes. Our intention was to put two together to cover a larger area, but they were all different widths!

Thin rug. Wont lie flat. Colors aren't the same. They were supose to be bright vivid colors. Not what I got. Disappointed for the money. Wont recommend it
