WP Forms plugin is easy to use and a must for all wordpress developers and designers.

Simply the most complete Form plugin out there for Wordpress. Just in a few minutes I am able to build a smooth, user-friendly yet complex form for my customers, that I wouldn't otherwise be able to build using other tools. So it saves me an incredible amount of my time yielding great results. There is an extensive library of documented resources available for beginners and more advanced users who like to have more flexibility as far as Form customization. And last but not least, this plugin has one of the most courteous and professional Customer Support teams behind it who, not only know their stuff but also pay attention and really care about helping you.
