Rep Katharine was so nice in getting my annual subscription squared away for me. I'd run into a snag with my associated email and she was extremely helpful. Definitely went above and beyond to assist. Overall a great experience!

Charged twice past the trial period despite cancelling. Worth point refuse to cancel both payments. I would highly advise against even using this company for a trial! They are grabbing my 40 dollars over a technicality, despite me never using the service during this time. 0 stars, don't use this overpriced and dishonest service.

After investigating the account information, our records show that on 11/10/20 the account under the email address [email protected], initiated the “Value It” subscription for $23.99. Each subscription provides a free trial. Our free trial is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. If the subscription is not cancelled, the subscription will begin. Your free trial ended on 11/17/20 and was not cancelled. However the payment method provided could not successfully draft the 23.99 charge until 12/02/20. The account was not cancelled, and the following monthly draft began on 12/18/20. This draft was also unsuccessful. However you reached out to our teams via email and we were able to cancel the account and stop the draft attempt. We also provided a refund of the 11/17/20 payment that was drafted on 12/2/20. The completed charge was returned, and the attempts at charging were stopped on 12/18/20. In summary, there were two charge attempts initiated on 11/17/20 and 12/17/20. Only one was successful, which occurred on 12/2/20. The second draft attempt was never completed and the attempts at drafting were stopped. The successful draft was refunded. When my stepfather passed, it fell on me to inventory AND VALUE his estate for the courts. I didn’t even know what some of that stuff WAS let alone what it was worth! When I found WorthPoint I knew my problems were solved! In a matter of a month, I was able to look up hundreds and hundreds of items and, most importantly, including books, furniture, and Art. There were only maybe 3 items I couldn’t nail down, but I did see thousands (literally) of items similar enough to know I may never find something identical, but generally what it’s worth overall. With photos of nearly everything and fast search results, I can hand in my valuation to the courts with ample support for the figures I used, showing multiple and recent auction sales amounts. The price was completely fair, and to be honest, for what I got out of it, I’d have been willing to pay more for the month I used it. As for customer service, when I forgot to cancel the recurring subscription fee I called, got a real person quite quickly, explained my error, and had a refund before I hung up! There are next to no companies I can say you can expect that kind of service from. I am very pleased and very grateful for this service and for their customer service. For me, it was perfect. If you are not sure and still undecided, give them a try!

I had to value a houseful of belongings for probate and I found this site invaluable. Happy to pay the subscription for the short period I used it as it saved me a huge amount of time. I don't understand the bad reviews which basically seem to be along the lines of "why should I pay so much for something I don't want?" This app isn't for everyone, but if you need to value a large amount of possessions its invaluable.

Via our database, we have been able to track down the subscription that was created, and stop the billing. Per our records, an account was created on 8/01/2020. Each subscription provides a free trial. All users gain access to the free trial when a subscription is created, which is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. Like many subscription based services, when the free trial is complete, the billing information provided is used if the trial is not cancelled. I opened an account by mistake (I was trying to buy an item and found it as a Worthpoint post) and really LOVED that this site exists! Though I couldn't buy the item, I was able to see what it typically sold for over the years and that made me more informed as I look for it online.
