Had not used my account in a number of years. My old login details didn't work anymore. Contacted them, and received a quick response from Fey who tracked down my account based on the information I gave her, and gave me access again.

I would like to thank the customer service dept. for going above and beyond searching for my lost account information. It was very old and they really had to look hard as I had forgotten all my account information, with the exception of my address at the time. Not only did the find it. They found it and had it back two me in less than 12 hours.. I haven't seen this kind of turn around in years. your customer service dept. is OUTSTANDING.. THANK YOU.
