Poor customer service, deceptive pricing.
I purchased some japanese food supplements from this company. There were a few issues: 1. I had a coupon code but there was no place to actually enter this code. It would have saved me money on shipping. 2. Once I paid for the product (with my credit card) I was then taken to another web page to pay a substantial amount of duty. This charge should have been included in the initial practice. Very DECEPTIVE. 3. A few days later I was informed that my product was ready for shipping and then presented with a 3rd charge, for the shipping. Again, there was no warning about this during the initial shopping. The company should at least offer some.free shipping incentives/codes that can be applied to orders over a certain pricing threshold. 4. I have purchased twice from this company, They clearly are adept at finding unique products for their customers. I do think that both the company and its repeat customers would benefit from a loyalty/reward system.
