Excellent product and shipping time

The most horrible experience. After emailing for two months to try and purchase a large sized jersey for a family member. I was told we can't find the size you want theres nothing we can do. I was then told they can try and contact their manufacturer only to be told again we can't do anything. Such a waste of time. Especially considering its a WORLD rugby shop they are pretty useless in helping a customer with a large size. Terrible customer service
