Great hosting provider! I reached out to them this morning asking them to update the PHP for my website and they did so instantly as well as fixed an issue on my checkout page that Will commerce has been nonresponsive about for four business days. I can’t think these guys enough. Amazing service.

I purchased a tours and travel theme from them but it was broken and couldn't import content as the original theme. The other was a religious theme that asked me for a purchase code despite them mentioning that they sell premium themes cheaply. I definitely not recommed you to waste your money on this website buying website themes.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Both of these themes were just checked by our team and are confirmed to work, I am more than happy to work with you to ensure complete satisfaction and complete functionality. We have 80,000+ users, 5 years of operation, over 6,500 products and almost 250 5-star reviews (you being one of very few bad ones, unfortunately), so we are very confident in the quality of our items and if an issue happens and there's an actual rare problem, our support team is helpful, prompt and professional, ready to solve your issue in no time or return your money if an error/issue is our team's fault and isn't fixable. Yet I cannot find a single point of contact from you on any readily available channel: Live chat, tech tickets, email or email replies. Please contact me directly on [email protected] expressing the precise issues and I am sure we will reach a suitable resolution.

Hi, sorry we are a little confused, did you just post a 3-star TrustPilot review with an actual support request in it? Why? We have: Live Chat, Tech Tickets, Email Support, Responses to any transactional emails, and you post a Review with your question in it? This is truly an unusual situation, especially given the fact your "issue" is the fact you didn't unzip the file, before finding and installing the correct file. Please immediately remove this review and contact on appropriate channels.
