My business has been using WorldPressIT for about a year and a half now. If a plugin needs to be updated, I can request an update and they typically have an update within a day or two. We've tested and used many plugins and themes and only once had a packaging issue they resolved the same day. Great price for a lifetime "membership"!

I have recently bought a theme from worldpressit.com which does not work as expected. Their support is non existent, their responses sporadic and not helpful. Their responses and guidance all point to me not knowing how to configure/setup my WordPress site even when the issue can be directly linked to the actual theme. I have been working on WordPress for 10+ years and troubleshooted all the usual problems before reaching out. I have had good experiences before but with stores like this you basically just take a gamble.

Hello, as always the finger is very light on the trigger to slander a business for your $4 order, hurt our reputation and hand is light on the keyboard to dirt on the vendor, instead of actually seeking support and assistance and waiting a tiny minimum amount of time for a response and help like all other clients do. Though you have given us practically no time to provide a response, believe it or not we were busy actually working on your query and we resolved it for you via email. You go ahead buy a 4 dollar product, don't get an immediate reply, and go spitting your vomit on TrustPilot. Please avoid being rash with reviews, being impatient, disrespectful and inadequate towards businesses you work and interact with, yes you are a customer but trust me, if you will also be a decent human being and allow at the very least a few hours for a response and resolution, in the future - you will get the same level of respect from the business.
We make so many requests for updates, they do nothing... Money waste....

Hello Baj, we can't recognize you or find your contact record, that name does not exist in the system. Are you a customer? We have over 6,500 items on the site updated daily https://worldpressit.com/worldpressit-changelog/ When you are using a (ridiculously) low priced GPL marketplace, not everything is immediate and users have to have some minimal patience. For "immediate" updating, users are more than invited and encouraged to purchase full licenses from the authors. We can also always be contacted if something is urgent. This review hurts our business reputation for no reason, and I'd highly appreciate it if you contact me directly on [email protected] (as it is we can't find nor recognize your contact record) so we could resolve things for you.
So far so great. It starts with pricing and the user experience on the website, which is incredible and support, when needed, was super fast and polite. More companies need to take note on how to run their processes! Great work at world press IT.

I have a lifetime membership; I've been using them for a while. The main issue is that many plugins do not work correctly. Some have error or require licensing.
