We run an eCommerce marketing agency, and before working with Hydra, our biggest challenge was lead generation and scaling our internal systems. From day one, their team brought clarity, strategy, and execution. We worked with Hydra for over 12 months, and during that time (and even after), we experienced exponential growth. They helped us build out our ClickUp infrastructure, streamline our operations and recruiting processes, and lay out a strategic roadmap for long-term growth. The most impactful part? They’ve clearly been in the trenches before. They knew exactly what levers to pull and when — which made all the difference. Their weekly workshops, sales scrimmages, and monthly 1-on-1s provided immense value across our team. If you’re running an agency and looking for real, tangible support from operators who’ve done it themselves, I’d absolutely recommend working with Hydra.

Can’t say enough good things about Hydra and the community. It’s rare to find a group that’s this serious about growth, but also made up of genuinely solid people. If you’re on the fence, ask yourself: would you pay to get the right answers in days not years? They’re constantly adding new ways to deliver value. Sage completely transformed my business, wouldn't be where I'm at without him. The weekly workshops, sales training, and direct access to real operators have been a game changer for me. It’s not fluff - it’s actionable, and you’ll see the ROI if you put in the work.

The team at Hydra puts on top notch events. I went to the Hydra event in April 2025 in Nashville and got a tremendous amount of actionable information for my agency that I was able to implement right away after getting back from it.
