As everyone said, they ask you to pay for your premium account and if you delay they transfer your debt to a collections agency. They do not only cancel your premium account, they even block you completely and you do not even have access to your classic account which is free!!!! After mentioning that i would be forced to escalate this matter to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for an official assessment of their subscription tactics, they were more than willing to withdraw my debt and also activate my classic account.

Will send you to collections for nothing even when you pay per month and they have access to your card which always has money available. Horrible website.

What everyone else has stated. Stay away. Send you to collections, assuming you are subscribing indefinitely, even after trying to cancel. Shady practices.

Every review is accurate they try to extort money out of you and will not allow you to cancel your subscription. They turn it over to debt collection in hopes that they will force you into paying them for a three-year subscription that you don’t want or need. The debt collection agency sends persistent and threatening emails. It’s ridiculous. It’s a subscription. You can’t force people to renew, but they seem to think so. Stay far far away. This website should really be shut down.

Tentative de renouvellement forcé, Non respect rgpd, communique des données personnelles à des tiers

Aggressive Company. The only reason to use it is if you need to connect to other dog people globally. T Unethical practices re subscription renewal and non-renewal. Only use them if you really have to. They collect money but don't invest in the product or care about the service or customer.
