Sho has a wealth of both practical knowledge and personable charm. Not only does he offer interview and resume hacks and insights I would've never known otherwise, he's FUNNY! His videos helped me effectively tailor my resume, write cover letters, and get through the multi-step interview process. After 2.5 months of searching, I got a great offer and negotiated a higher starting salary and later start date - also thanks to Workhap! Get Sho to help you with your career. You won't regret it!

Best advice you can get in social media. The one and only influencer for me in terms of career coaching

I was unhappy in an underpaid and undervalued government career of 18years. I watched and studied Sho’s content over a period of 3-4months. I approached a local company for a job- they saw value in my skills set and ended up creating a company for me to head up. Sho’s content was key to enabling I demonstrated my capabilities strongly and effectively negotiate a solid salary and commission structure. Highly recommend!

Sho is awesome! He speaks to you like a real person and gives you honest feedback and great insight. I was looking to transition into a new field and his program and tools helped identify transferable skills and translate them into a relevant resume. This, along with interview coaching, landed me a fantastic opportunity with a 35K raise from my last position. His program works and gave me more confidence in my abilities. He also is there for you when you need help, even after you complete your cohort. I highly recommend Sho and Workhap!

I was lucky enough to work with Sho on a few brand campaigns over the last year. I am so thankful to have stayed in touch because as I lost my job due to layoffs, Sho graciously helped get me on my feet and led to me accepting a new position with almost a 50% salary increase. Extremely grateful for the passion you have and how you inspire others!

My husband and I were buying a house when interest rates were going up in 2022, and we realized to remain qualified for our loan, we had to make at least $50,000 more than what we were making at the time. My husband studied up on all of Sho's (Workhap's) resume and interview content on TikTok and Instagram and started applying at different workplaces. Because of this, his weeks were packed with back to back interviews and multiple remote Project Management job offers. He tripled his income and we were easily able to remain qualified for our home loan. We’re now living in our first house as newlyweds.

I'm a very skeptical person and was struggling with imposter syndrome around my job search. The program was short and to the point, 2 weeks after graduating WorkHap, I more than doubled my salary. I laugh writing this....cuz I really can't believe I was able to do that with Sho's guidance. If you actually do everything he recommends + dig deep and believe in yourself and actually transform yourself into the talent companies are you looking for, you'll get that 100k+ job in no time.

I learned so much from the GHA program. I know I will continue to apply my learnings throughout my entire career. Sho was the best coach. He kept it real with us but also was very supportive and understanding. I loved having the interactions with my cohort and seeing their different career journeys. It gave me a lot of perspective for my own. I know I'll land my dream job soon and can't wait to tell my GHA family all about it!
