My company has just imposed it and I agree with others, worthless crap

I would give zero stars if possible. The software keeps crashing for no reason, the UI is terrible, when it works it's slow, the list goes on and on. I would love to never have to use workday ever again.

OMG! Without doubt the worst application I have ever used. I get locked out on a regular basis, this NEVER happens with any other system I use. If it wasn't because I need it for work, I wouldn't bother with it, rubbish!!!

ALWAYS fails to parse the CV correctly and then requires you to edit every field. NEVER accommodates UK educational and professional institutions - today the only option was selecting the Donetsk Institute for Policy Research!

Possibly the worst system I've ever worked with. It's very slow, buggy, sometimes you need to do the same action multiple times because of bugs. Simple actions require way too many clicks. The design is the opposite of user-friendly: I can never find what I need and the explanations and instructions are unclear and confusing.

The worst application process ever, I don't even apply anymore when I see one of these pop up, and the few times I do try it's the worst - can't apply without an account, can't access my account, won't receive a password change email to access my account, can't create a new account cause email is already registered. No idea why any of the big companies would use this

This deserves zero stars. Honestly the worst user experience and HR software system technology has to offer. Don’t ever use this in the morning at work, it encourages menopausal behaviour and your mood will be ruined. How can this even be a sellable product?

This is the worst HR software I have ever witnessed in my life. The CV parser is not even able to read machine generated CVs specifically designed for CV engines (working with all the other stuff around) nor is it able to get information from a simple LinkedIn generated text. You end up either writing 2h your CV into the workday software (whereas this cannot be used amongst the companies using workday, you always start from 0) or be automatically declined. Whoever is in charge of the parsing engine should him/herself look for another job because he or her clearly failed. What a piece of unusable software.
