Absolute trash. Good luck applying for a job through this clown shoes outfit- especially if you’re trying to do it on your iPhone. The site is unusable. Why should I have to SEARCH for my high school? Why can’t I just enter it? Instead it takes you to a separate drop down menu (that is completely blank, save for the DONE button) which is the internet equivalent of flying a in a fog bank. And why when I indicate HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA does it still ask me for FIELD OF STUDY? Eff this company and any employer who subjects job applicants to this rigmarole, for it is uncivilized.

I find the Workday system challenging to navigate. Despite applying to numerous jobs, especially those shared by recruiters on my campus website, my applications appear to go unnoticed. It appears that the system may systematically decline resumes. I would like to urge companies not to solely rely on this platform for candidate selection, as it does not seem to create an effective bridge for candidates like me to connect with potential employers. Additionally, there seems to be a bias in the system, which I confirmed when I applied using a different name and ethnic background, resulting in a prompt interview invitation the next day.

Workday is anything but efficient time tracking as it should be today. Recording is a time-waster and is anything but quick and easy. Here is a small example of the system. If you enter your working hours on Monday evening, for example, you will receive a daily warning that there are still missing hourly entries for the current week. Oh wow really ?... ;o)

Unsatisfied with the whole exprience on this site. Wondering why would one put candidates through this this.

Complete garbage, whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves.

It's terrible software, the UI seems to have been designed without the help of UX designers or asking users how long it takes to get from one place to another in the app. Because there is no logic behind the tabs and it is very chaotic. I usually don't complain about things easily and I don't give my time to do so but since this software wastes my time what for? I was just trying to change my work schedule and take time off - I got extremely annoyed and came here. Everyone should know this and buy the product accordingly. Making any changes is a pain in the ass and it took me a long time to even find the "actions" tab to make any changes. I'm tired of clicking on those little damn dots that don't do anything.

We lose or sell your data to some random people 🫠, should be your introduction. After any job application made through you I get scam texts to my phone number, email and etc. And it’s not the first time.

Workday is the best company management software I've ever used! 🤩 No, just kidding, it's a crap, as described in other reviews. 😅 It's ugly, very counter-intuitive, and seems designed to sell workday trainings. Even if I do many times the same tasks, I always struggle to find the procedure and often have to read tutorials or documentation. And workday error management is awful: There are hidden compulsory fields that workday alert of but not at the good place, and you have to search them manually for a long time 🤯 . The worst is when you have long text inputs to write and you get disconnected for un unkonwn reason, it erases everything! 😭
