Ordered for myself as my family already have one. The ordering process was quick and easy and the delivery was quick. Love my new Woolie as it is warm and cosy. Quality is great and the packaging with a bow was a lively thought.

The support is very good. I send an email with a question and I received very quick a clear answer on my question.

For what you pay its $hit. The quality isnt great compared to the market. I paid less for more, and bought my girlfriend one for Xmas. It looks like it was left in a blender for 2 weeks.

I ordered this item for my partner as a girt for Christmas 🎄 the postage was speedy and I'm sure she will love it going by the reviews on this product.

Ordered three Woolies and received three...but only one as ordered - one was the wrong size, one was the wrong colour...geez...

This was got as a present 🎁 so not open yet but the service was great and really quick delivery. Nothing negative
