So I ordered my bag in November. Had all the same issues as everyone else. I emailed custom service on Thursday (for the second time). They promptly responded and informed me my bag was about to ship. I received it today (Sunday of the same week). It’s as nice as I thought it would be. I actually think these guys had manufacture or shipping issues. So I don’t think they are a scam, just struggling as a new company. And, no I don’t work for them and I’m not a robot.

Bought the brown leather Nova bag on Kickstarter. There were some delays in receiving the bag but that’s par for the course on Kickstarter. The quality of the bag is exactly as I hoped it would be and I look forward to years of use

Like others I was frustrated by the delay in receiving my bag. I think the Wool and Oak folks have justified the delay and people will be happy with the product when it arrives. The 48L bag function is just as portrayed in the Kickstarter campaign. I have had it for 1 week now. I have packed and unpacked the bag multiple times. My only complaint is the zippers are sticky initially, but they have improved after several days of usage. My bag offers multiple carry options. I know have an excellent way to carry my suit and dress shirts. I will look forward to further travel usage,

Same experience as all others on this site. Over 3 mo delay. No updates same customs excuses. Refused refund. Stopped communication. Finally got notification bag coming after all my trips. Very frustrating. Very illegal. Should not sell product until available if they are going to refuse refunds with no customer service. Preorder with no product is a Bad way for new company to raise capital. It’s dishonest and horrible to hold customers $ to keep a business going.

I am awarding this product 5 stars to highlight the product's quality and the seller's integrity, despite a challenging experience similar to many others. The bottom line is that the product arrived four months late, and the company's pre-order policy did not permit refunds. However, the product's craftsmanship is exceptional. I am very satisfied with the product and was kept informed throughout, even when updates were less than ideal. Wool & Oak's team was consistently responsive. I received messages from their Co-Founder, which supplemented the sales support. Initially, there were manufacturing delays due to Cyclone Michaung, which I was unaware of living in the US and thus skeptical. Upon verification, the storm was real, I was hopeful the delays were over only to receive another update that there were further delays from US Customs and Border Control. I had accused the company of fraud on several occasions. Yet, with many reporting similar experiences, I challenged Wool & Oak, suggesting that the shared accounts were either a reflection of their unfortunate yet remarkable situation or an elaborate scam. Following that email, I received an apologetic email from the co-founder, who reassured me of delivery and even offered an additional product to prove legitimacy. Once I received the product, I realized patience was necessary while the company dealt with issues out of their immediate control. They kept me updated, accommodated a change in shipping address, and ultimately, the product I received is the highest quality item I've ever bought online. The company maintained a level of transparency reflective of actual human beings doing their absolute best with the cards they were dealt. Ultimately I am happy to receive the product and despite the delays will be a repeating customer.

Backer #384 on Kickstarter, just received my Large Nova in Chocolate Leather & the packing cube set add on yesterday (03 June 24). It’s looks beautiful and and feels premium .. that leather smell when unwrapping it was just *chefs kiss*! I’m super excited to have finally received delivery (yes there were delays but I always found the team over at Wool & Oak to be responsive and transparent in their communications) after months of waiting but the final product was definitely worth the wait, in my opinion. Can’t wait for my next trip to use this thing :)

My small NOVA bag via Kickstarter arrived today and I’m pleased to say the quality and design is superb throughout - it looks great in the chocolate leather and has a nice premium feel. The clever design with multiple pockets maximises storage space not only for clothes but other accessories such as my Mac laptop, workbooks, glasses and running shoes. Look forward to using it on my next flight, having deliberately chosen the smaller under seat bag as my regular airline often puts cabin bags in the hold which delays a speedy airport departure when landing. The only thing stopping a full 5 star rating was the 4 month delay against the original delivery timelines. However that’s to be expected with Kickstarter projects (every one I’ve backed has always over run), but worth the wait given how great the product is.

I just got my Nova bag here in Canada. I truly love this bag, it's of amazing quality and the features are second to none. I love the shoe laundry compartment, it's pure genius! I love all the zippers and all the easy access compartments. The only issue I have is the $207 I had to pay to FedEx! I wish next time they would just use regular post with tracking.
