Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

Just started on this, and first steps were a really good reminder if basics. As a result my pooch responded immediately

Simple and easy to download the app and get started. Easy to read instructions and good price.

Hi Lesley, it’s so good to know that the app is making your daily routine with your pup a little easier. 💛 Every small win in training counts, and we’re just glad to be a part of your journey.
The videos and framing out the training guide are very helpful and informative.

Hi Chris, thanks for the rating! We’re glad you’re enjoying Woofz, but it feels like we might be missing a little something to make it perfect for you. If you have a moment to share what would make it a "5-star" experience in your eyes, we’d love to hear it at [email protected].
Difficult to find a place to login after you set up the account. I paid I guess $15.19 don’t know what that was for. I thought I was paying for a plan and now you want to charge me more.

So far this app has been incredibly helpful! My 11 month old rescue golden retriever who had never been exposed to just about anything and everything, would get so overwhelmed and over stimulated and no know how to deal with it all she wouldn’t be able to listen because of everything going on around her! From cars and birds to the wind, a bigger sized ROCK (lol) tall weeds! A puddle She’d get so spooked she’d jump so high and want to hide so imagine how difficult it was to get her to listen, EVER, outside and inside our home! This app really has helped me with the focusing and the consistency we really needed to make this work and now it really is starting to work and go much better!! And easier and less frustrating and a lot more encouraging + rewarding for both of us! 😊

Hi Robyn, it’s great to have you with us! Take your time to look around and enjoy exploring Woofz. We’d love to hear how it’s going whenever you’re ready. And if you ever need a hand, we’re always here at [email protected].
I'll never use Woofz again! I was initially tempted to subscribe by the '£12 for one month' subscription, only to find it doesn't automatically cancel after that month, or even email you to tell you it's going to be renewed, you just get charged – and I was charged £30.77, plus an additional £7.90 for some 'chat access' I never used. When I came to query these charges, it was impossible to find how to contact customer services and I then couldn't log in to my account as the reset password function wasn't working. After contacting customer services it got worse. I was then drawn into some back and forth bartering to be refunded, despite the fact, I'd not used the app since the billing period renewed or accessed a 'chat access' function – which I asked them to confirm, but they didn't. In the end, after around 4-5 email exchanges offering me more and more subscription packages, despite saying I wanted nothing to do with the app, I felt like I had no other option than to back down and accept an £18 refund. So thanks Woofz! You have £12 from me for nothing! Despite the flashy branding, I don't think the content on the app is that great and I'm actually wondering of the whole business is just a scam!

Hello! We're truly sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way. We understand how upsetting unexpected charges and difficulties accessing your account can be, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. Subscription details—including the introductory offer, renewal price, billing frequency, and any optional add-ons selected during checkout—are displayed before the purchase is completed so that customers can review them before confirming the payment. We're also sorry that our communication made you feel pressured. Our intention is always to offer all available options that may help resolve a situation, never to convince anyone to keep a subscription they no longer want. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to improve, and we'll make sure your comments are shared with our team.
I wish I could give zero star. I tried and did not work for my dog, forgot about it, and then noticed that I have been charged 100+ dollars monthly without authorization! They refused to refund. This is a bad company.

We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, and we never want our users to feel caught by surprise. That's why all subscription details—including the price, billing period, and automatic renewal terms—are displayed before the purchase is completed, so every customer has the opportunity to review them before confirming the payment. We're sorry we couldn't reach the resolution you were hoping for, but we genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our app and the experience we provide.
