Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

How do I get my money back

Hello Bonnie, thank you for reaching out. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] with full details of your query and we will be glad to assist you. We hope to hear from you soon!
Not recommended. Close to a scam. I signed up for Woofz in June( for 3 months option), and during the sign-up process, there was no clear indication that this was a subscription-based service. The information was presented in a way that made it seem like a one-time purchase. After three months, I was surprised to see a charge on my credit card. Additionally, there was no confirmation email regarding the registration or subscription—just an email with the product details. To make matters worse, there is no straightforward way to access a “My Account” page either through the app or their website (woofz.com). Even when searching online, you won’t find an account login page easily. The only way to manage your subscription is by interacting with their AI chat bot, which you wouldn’t even know to do until you’re charged. This feels misleading and raises concerns about transparency and ethics.

Hello Punnya, we’re sorry your experience wasn’t perfect. We apologize if the cancellation process was unclear and caused any inconvenience. For future reference, you can cancel your subscription anytime directly through the app in your profile settings, where you'll also find details of your plan. If you run into any issues, there is "contact button" in the app and we are always there to help. We totally understand where you're coming from. However, we always make sure our customers are aware of the automatic renewal feature. The terms were clearly stated on the purchase page before you completed your payment, as transparency is our priority. If any questions remain, you can reach us at [email protected] and we will provide you with additional details.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - BEWARE I’m not the first one leaving reviews saying that they take your money and don’t issue refunds even when you explain and have proof of not using the app! The terms and conditions are tiny, no one reads them! I purchased a promotion for 3 months, I used it for a few days and never again because I didn’t like it. And since the app doesn’t say that the subscription is automatically renewed I didn’t even know that I was going to get charged again. They don’t even have an option to cancel de subscription from the app! I emailed support explaining this, also that I haven’t been using the app nor do I want to use it again and requested a full refund, which they denied. After insisting they offered a 25% refund. If they would be honest they’d give a full refund!!! Especially when seeing that I haven’t been using the app.

Hi Marcela! We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the negative experience. We've already reached out to you via email and issued a full refund after reviewing your case. We’d like to clarify that we always ensure to notify our customers about the auto-renewable nature of our subscriptions — this information was displayed on the purchase screen before confirming payment. Our intention is never to obscure these terms. Just in case, you can manage your subscription, view details, or cancel the auto-renewal anytime through your Woofz Web Profile (https://account.woofz.com/login). If there's anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. We're here to help!
Only purchased a week's trial which I paid for, they then took nearly 32 pounds from my account and I also found they had setup a reoccurring standing order on my account.. no customers services to talk too even though I emailed my complaint across disgusting people..

Be careful when signing up for this. I didn’t realize it is 39.99 a month after the initial 19.99. They refuse to give me a refund. I thought it was a one time charge for the app. My fault for not reading it better but you would think they would refund me since I am not even using it.

Hi Patricia! Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the subscription. We understand how unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we're truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. It seems you initially signed up for a monthly intro offer at a discounted price of USD 19.99. After the first month, this automatically converts into a full subscription at USD 39.99, as indicated in the purchase terms. We fully understand your point of view, but we always make sure to warn our customers of the auto-renewable nature of our subscriptions — such conditions were indicated on the purchase screen before you made the payment. We have no intention of hiding them. We value your experience with Woofz and would love to find a solution that works for you. Please email us directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Woofz.Trustpilot", and we’ll do our best to resolve this, including offering a refund if appropriate. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make things right!
I cancelled my subscription thru the Play store, but a month later I was invoiced for the monthly subscription
By Don T.
Response from Woofz· Sep 21, 2024
Hi Don! Thank you for your comment. We understand your concern and would like to explain how Woofz subscriptions work. There are two types of subscriptions: 1. A web subscription, which you purchase via an ad on Facebook/Instagram using your bank card on our website: https://www.woofz.com/. This subscription is not linked to your Google Play or Apple ID, which is why it cannot be canceled through the Play Store. To manage or cancel this subscription, please log in to your Woofz web profile: https://account.woofz.com/login. 2. A direct app subscription, which is directly billed through the Play Store. As you mentioned, this subscription was canceled. These are two independent subscriptions, and canceling one does not automatically cancel the other. It appears that you purchased both subscriptions. Please note that only you can manage your Play Store subscriptions, and we do not have access to your Google Play account to make changes remotely. However, we have already issued a full refund for you during our previous communication. We hope this clarifies the situation. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
My short experience with this app has been super frustrating. I see now I’m not the only one. About a week ago I purchased a 6,99 USD 7-day training plan. Turned out that I somehow, without intending or agreeing to, purchased a 9,99 USD pdf file (not useful for me and in my opinion not engaging). So I think it must have been a mistake and reach out to the support. I am told that I did purchase both products. I answered that I in fact did not, or at least did not intend to. Support associate explained that, they could not refund the 9,99, since the product (the pdf file) was already sent and they can offer a one-month access to the app as a compensation. At this point I feel deceived, and don’t even want to try the app so I did not answer, thinking I’d just be done with that. Alas. Yesterday I am again charged, this this time 39,99 USD and I did not even open the app, certainly didn’t buy anything. I again reach out to make sure the sum was refunded, I was not further charged, and unsubscribe in case I have somehow magically without meaning to subscribed to their app. I have no answer. I certainly feel deceived, appalled and angry. This is not a fair customer treatment, will not bring stable revenue, but only gain distrust. Transparency is so obviously NOT a core value, since so many people failed to notice what they subscribe to. Don't get scammed!
