Terrible website scam. Difficult to cancel. Will bill you 96$ if you fail to cancel on time and when you realize you have not canceled and try to cancel they still charge you 96$. Not very good training. Typical scam website.

When a subscription is started, it automatically renews until it is canceled, as stated during the purchase process. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app's profile settings at any time. You can always cancel your subscription directly in the app by going to Profile Settings > Manage Subscription. We see your request to us, and we’ll prioritize it to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

The instructions and video's made the training easy to complete. I just started the training and if the rest goes as well the company has it down.

I really liked how easy it was to use the app and follow the detailed instructions. There were also supporting videos for each lesson. I would recommend this app, it’s a small investment for long time rewards from a trained dog!

I had no trouble with understanding simple easy tasks and my dog complied easily once I had the right tips
