Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

I like how easy it is to navigate and very user friendly. No guessing on what to do next.

Hi Richelle! We’re so grateful for your support — it keeps us moving forward.

So far having good luck with the training. Detailed instructions, with a video. Practice time. Will not let you move forward until you have completed each step.

Hello there, We’re thrilled to hear training is going well! It’s great that the step-by-step guidance, videos, and practice timers are helping — and that progressing only after each step keeps you on track. Keep it up; that consistency builds strong, lasting habits for your pup!
App is very informative and easy to follow. Has helped me refresh my training skills with our new puppy and my 9 year old dog follows along as well.

Hi there! Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We're so glad Woofz is helping you stay on track with training and providing helpful techniques. While we do aim to support new dog owners, it's great to hear that the information is useful for more experienced owners too! If you have any suggestions for improvement, feel free to share. We're here to help!
While the app itself is easy to use, I have, like many others, it seems, now been charged an additional $153 with no explanation, so far, as to whether that's for another ONE month or an annual subscription. Although they offered to provide me with a free subscription extension valid to September 2026, which would indicate that this is indeed a charge for only one month, they are refusing to refund that charge. A partial refund is unacceptable when it appears that so many people have indicated that the terms are not entirely clear when you sign up.
