Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

Hi Alfonso, it's so good to know that the app is making your daily routine with your pup a little easier. 💛 Every small win in training counts, and we're just glad to be a part of your journey.
So far the training using Woofz training curriculum is working great! It is nice to do it in steps and see the success as it happens. I have a ways to go but each step explains everything, and how to accomplish things. I am so glad I purchased their training.

I tried to cancel my subscription after being charged two additional payments over£62.00 when I contacted them they stated they didn't recognise my email address even though they used the same email address to set up the account . This issue has been referred to my bank to try and stop any further funds from being taken.

Hi Norma, Thank you for the rating! If any questions pop up or any help is needed, feel free to drop a line at [email protected]. Helping out is what the team is here for 💛
What I like about this training course is you can go at your own pace and your dogs if you feel your dog hasn't mastered a particular skill you can stay there until you feel ready. Once you finished a section there is also helpful feedback when you can ask for any further advice. I like that the training is broken down into step by step pictures so you can follow along very easily. I would definitely recommend this training course and any age dog is appropriate.

Hey Kathleen, Thank you for such a thoughtful review and for the recommendation! Hearing that the pace feels right for both you and your dog is exactly what we hope for. We're delighted Woofz is working so well for you, and we wish you plenty of happy training days ahead! 🐾
I was initially impressed with the simplicity of the instructions and printable booklet but when I wanted to cancel the nightmare began. I tried several times and the bottom line is my request didn't happen until enough time past that I was billed for two billing cycles and each cycle was DOUBLE BILLED. So now my initial trial cost not $10 or $20 but over $100. And frankly, with a disabled vet spouse and other things to take care of - I don't have the time or energy to fit this anymore.

Hello Elizabeth, Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry for the stress this has caused, especially with everything you're managing at home. The two charges per cycle are most likely tied to an additional plan (an optional upsell) added alongside the main subscription. Cancellation is available 24/7 through the app and through our support team. We've already replied to your request, so please check your inbox, including the promotions and spam folders. If you reply to that email, we'll receive your answer and can help from there.
With 2 Dobermans Woofz program reinforced the critical love, patience, focus. This program works nicely.
