Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.
Woofz (woofz.com) has 3,179 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 3.9 out of 5.

Hello Jordan, Thank you, your feedback is precious to us! If you ever need help, don't hesitate to contact us directly at [email protected]. We're always there to help.
Are you Woofz Academy or Woofz? Signed up for a 'personalised' training plan for my 2 year old pooch after I saw an advert online and having used the app briefly when he was a pup decided to try again. Despite the lengthy form filling 'quiz' as to what he could and couldn't do and after signing up I received the same back to the start plan with none of the specialised personalised training advertised. It was back to the complete start, with advice to just fast forward everything that he knows or can do!! Time consuming!! Please be aware.... Woofz sends you no correspondence to recheck subscription plans or renewal costs so please screenshot when you sign up and they also don't send you reminders. I think they rely on people forgetting to cancel the initial trial Plan. It has so much potential to be a great app, if it offered options and choices to truly personalise training and by being more transparent with costs and renewals. Customer service advisers are quick to respond, but I should have had the information I needed already rather than having to rely on my memory viewing a sign up screen with small numbers crossed out! Also trying to cancel was confusing - 'depending on where you had signed up App or webpage' This could be more streamlined. Think they deliberately don't correspond and make it difficult in the hope you will forget to cancel subscriptions.

Hello there, We’re very sorry to hear that you’ve had this impression! At Woofz, we always strive to notify our customers about all the details of a subscription before purchase, including auto-renewal. We are fully transparent regarding this, and all conditions were clearly displayed prior to your purchase. Please note that there are two types of subscriptions: •Web subscriptions, purchased directly through our website, which we can fully manage and support. • Mobile subscriptions, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which we unfortunately cannot directly manage or cancel due to store platform restrictions. This is standard for many apps, and no exceptions have been made for our company. However, our support team is always here to help and can provide clear instructions on how to cancel or request a refund for mobile subscriptions if they were purchased via the App Store or Google Play. Also, please note, that you can also cancel or manage your subscription at any time directly through the app by navigating to: Profile Tab (dog icon on the top left of the main screen) → Settings (cogwheel icon) → Manage Subscription. Alternatively, you can use this direct link to access your account and manage or cancel your plan: https://account.woofz.com/. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Woofz.Review", and our team will be happy to guide you. We hope this clarifies things and truly appreciate your feedback. Your input helps us continually improve the Woofz experience, and we remain committed to providing clear guidance and support to all our users. <3
I started using Woofz to help my friend with her new puppy, and it’s been brilliant. The tips and training guidance are easy to follow and really practical, it’s helped us both feel more confident. I also love that I’m learning as I go for when I get my own puppy! A really supportive app for anyone who wants to understand and train their dog the right way.

Hello Andrew! Feedback like yours is valuable to us. It helps us continue to improve and provide the best possible service!
Beware. I am usually pretty good about free trials and understanding what I will pay after the trial period. I actually paid for this trial -- not free. There is no way to view your plan on their app to see what your subscription ends, and the details of what you will be paying. I was charged $109/month after the trial -- not worth that cost for the what is offered in my opinion. The only way to cancel is to email them. You will chat with AI that reminds you that you agreed to terms. Fortunately, I was able to get one month refunded. I would read these negative reviews and trust your gut on this one.
