SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Cancelled my subscription on App Store only to be charged £74.93 every three months until I noticed. Then refused a refund because apparently I signed up to two subscriptions on the same day. One via a webpage and one via App Store (to be clear - I didn’t knowingly the do that. The way it’s set out with all the questions it tricks you into doing so) spent the day emailing Apple, speaking to my bank and trying to email a human rather than a robot at woofz and have got no where yet. Aside from all that the app is a pile of poo. Was doing better training my dog without it.

Woofz isn’t a scam: we’re a legitimate subscription business, and our content is created by a team of certified canine behaviorists, trainers, designers, writers, and developers (not generated by AI alone). Subscriptions are processed securely through trusted providers (Apple, Google, PayPal/Stripe), and we cannot bill anyone without their authorization. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation steps are clearly shown during sign-up and in our Terms of Use.
I'm still making my way through the course but so far I'm finding it easy to follow and effective

I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this app. I completed the trial period and explicitly canceled/unsubscribed before it ended. Despite that, $48.95 was charged from my card WITHOUT my permission. What makes this even worse: This charge does NOT appear in Apple Billing I only discovered it by accident in my bank statement Apple does not show this transaction at all, which is extremely suspicious Customer support is completely ignoring me — no replies, no explanations I have no idea how this app is charging money outside of Apple’s billing system, but I am sure Apple will not be happy about this practice either. This looks like a deliberate attempt to bypass Apple’s subscription protections and quietly steal money from users. Until my money is refunded, I will continue leaving negative reviews on every platform possible and reporting this behavior. Charging users after cancellation and hiding transactions is unacceptable and dishonest. Refund my $48.95 immediately.

We also want to clarify a few important points for transparency: • We did respond immediately to your message and sent a detailed explanation to your email. • The charge you mentioned was made through a web-based purchase, not via Apple’s in-app subscription system. That is why it does not appear in Apple Billing. Web subscriptions are processed separately and won’t be listed in your Apple subscription settings. • Our subscription terms are disclosed on the purchase screen right before the user completes their purchase. We encourage our users to carefully read all conditions before deciding to join our Premium subscription. • As a gesture of goodwill and as an exception to our refund policy, we have already issued a full refund of $48.95. • A confirmation email has been sent - please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the refund confirmation. We do not bypass Apple systems or charge users without authorization. All purchases require explicit confirmation, and the payment method used determines where the subscription appears. We genuinely regret that this experience led to frustration and concern, and we hope the refund confirmation helps resolve this matter. If you need any further clarification, we’re here to help and happy to assist.
Great intuitive course..The app works well and the content is helpful. Our little pup is learning well.
