Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

Gute und strukturierte Erklärungen für Ersthundebesitzer. Wünschte mir mehr Hilfestellung, wenn es Schwierigkeiten/Abweichungen mit der beschriebenen Erklärung gibt. Jeder Hund reagiert anders.

Please be careful signing up! Signed up for one month and was enjoying the app but just had £78.96 taken from my account for the next months subscription. . Would never have signed up had I known it was this expensive. No email warning of deduction or that trial period was ending in any emails.

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. We completely understand how upsetting it can be to receive an unexpected charge, especially when the details of auto-renewal weren’t clear. Please note that our subscription terms are disclosed on the purchase screen right before you complete your purchase. We encourage our users to carefully read all conditions before deciding to join our Premium subscription. We apologize if these details were not communicated clearly. As per our process, the subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the trial period, and this should be mentioned during sign-up. Please reach out to our support team directly at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we’re here to help!

Like the concept. However app stops at sit and keeps taking to buying the plan, when advertising says free.

Hi Lilianne! Thank you for sharing your feedback 💛 We’re glad you like the concept. If the app keeps prompting you to purchase a plan even though free content is advertised, it’s very likely there’s a login or account recognition issue. Please write to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help you sort out the login and get proper access. 🐶️
