Gift card Fiasco
Gift card Fiasco! I received a gift card from my husband to get a massage at the Woodhouse Spas. When I went to use it the location by me in Durango Colorado h!d abruptly closed with no notice. I contacted the corporate office to receive a refund for the card as there are no close locations to me to receive any service. They initially responded and asked for a copy of the card and gave me a case number. I sent the requested information and was informed they would get back to me. They never have. I have emailed them several times and I am being ghosted. I am very disappointed in the lack of a reply from their corporate team. It is a Bad business to deal with. Not happy to be out the money $100+ spent on the card.
